"I was pleased to have had such a young professional and positive person help me with what was a difficult insurance problem for me. The need for HO and auto insurance can be overwhelming, it's easier when life gets so complicated to just accept an automatic renewal policy for either or both. I had medical issues over the past few years that took my attention away from safeguarding my policy's. Going over them to make sure they were up to date and reasonably priced. I was shocked to find that my monthly payment this year was 4x as much as 4 years ago on paper. I felt confidence the 1st time we spoke, he was knowledgeable and could flex ideas to help create my best options. The final package is outstanding in price as well as product. I hope to have a long term business relationship with this agency, because bouncing around to avoid the "Bait and Hook" sales game is awful. Khachick assured me that Sate Farm is dedicated to consistent pricing, and hiking the premiums up the next year because they got you in the door now, isn't their policy or goal. He went the extra mile to double check several key options and choices I could make for the best price for my budget. Over all, moving back to the State Farm insurance family makes me feel safer, and confident if something were to go wrong, I truly believe they're going to be there to help asap, unlike other companies. Having a real "person" to talk to is IMPORTANT and NOT an Ai or recording during a crisis. You get what you pay for, I think State Farm is worth it and my new agent "Khachick" is worth his weight in gold! People make the difference not just the all mighty dollar, but WOW what a great price too! Thank you!!"
